Billing questions
Is Shapppes free?
Your profile, articles, standard PDF CV and Portal with three included designs are free. Plus adds personalization, exclusive designs, your own domain, CV layouts and widgets.
What does Plus include?
Plus includes Solder, Ember and Margin, their personalization settings, your domain connection, CV layouts and profile widgets. Every new Plus design is included when it launches.
Can I try a Plus design before paying?
Yes. Preview a design here or open Settings > Design to try it with sample content.
What happens to my Portal if I cancel?
Cancel in settings to stop renewal. Plus stays active until your paid period ends. Your Portal then uses Star for Solder and Ember, or Illuminate for Margin. Your content and design settings are saved. Resubscribing restores your Plus design.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Not while a subscription is active. Cancel it, then resubscribe with the other billing period after it ends.
How do I pay?
Pay by card through Stripe. VAT is included, and you'll find invoices in your settings.
Can I get a refund?
Request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.
