• You retain ownership of content you upload but grant Shapppes a license to use, display, and distribute it within the platform.
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

05Limitation of Liability

Shapppes is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free functionality.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shapppes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
