Shapppes Plus Terms

01What Plus Includes

Shapppes Plus gives you the Plus Portal designs (currently Solder, Ember and Margin) with all of their settings, and new Plus designs as they are released. The current list is on the pricing page and in Settings › Plus.

Features we describe as planned are not part of Plus until they are released, and they are not included in the price you pay today.

Your profile, CV, articles, followers and the free Portal designs never depend on Plus.

02Prices and Taxes

Plus is billed monthly or yearly, at the price shown before you pay. Prices are in euros and include VAT where it applies.

If we change the price of Plus, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to your next renewal. You can cancel before then.

03Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Shapppes does not see or store your full card number. Every payment comes with an invoice, which you can find in Settings › Plus.

04Renewal

Plus renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period, at the same price, until you cancel. Before each yearly renewal, we email you a reminder.

05Cancellation

You can cancel Plus at any time from Settings › Plus. We confirm your cancellation by email.

Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep Plus until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. Unused time is not refunded, except as described in section 6 or where the law requires it.

06Withdrawal and Refunds

Plus starts as soon as your first payment is confirmed, at your request. If Plus is not what you expected, you can ask for a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of making it, by emailing us. This includes and goes beyond the right of withdrawal that consumers have under the law.

Renewal payments are not covered by this 14-day refund, except where the law requires it.

07Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe tries again and we let you know how to update your payment method. Plus continues for 7 days after the end of your paid period. If the payment still has not gone through, Plus ends.

08When Plus Ends

When Plus ends, a Plus design on your Portal is shown in a free design: Solder and Ember in Star, Margin in Illuminate. Your choice of design and its settings are kept, and the design returns as soon as you subscribe again.

Your profile, articles, CV, subscribers and other content are not affected.

09Changes to Plus

We may add to Plus at any time. If we ever retire a Plus design, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance. We may update these terms; if a change affects your membership, we will email you before it applies, and you can cancel.
