Is Shapppes free?
Yes. Your profile, CV, articles and personal site are free. Choose a design from the free Portal collection. Plus is optional.
What does Plus include?
The full Plus Portal collection, all its design settings and new Plus Portals as they launch. Custom domains, removing the Shapppes credit, and custom favicons and social images aren't available yet.
Can I try a Plus design before paying?
Yes. Preview a design here or open Settings > Design to try it with sample content.
What happens to my Portal if I cancel?
Cancel in settings to stop renewal. Plus stays active until your paid period ends. Your Portal then uses Star for Solder and Ember, or Illuminate for Margin. Your content and design settings are saved. Resubscribing restores your Plus design.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Not while a subscription is active. Cancel it, then resubscribe with the other billing period after it ends.
How do I pay?
Pay by card through Stripe. VAT is included, and you'll find invoices in your settings.
Can I get a refund?
Request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.
